Cell type-specific induction of ferroptosis to boost antitumor immunity

Conventional ferroptosis activators often hinder antitumor immune responses. Our research reveals that N6F11, a small molecule compound, selectively triggers ferroptosis by targeting TRIM25-mediated degradation of GPX4 in cancer cells while preserving immune cell function. This advancement establishes a safe and efficient approach to bolster antitumor immunity through ferroptosis induction.
